In order to continuously output high-quality products and solutions in the industry, we have independently developed an automated machine for corner code cutting, drilling, and tapping, with an accuracy tolerance of less than 10 threads. We have more than ten injection molding machines of different tonnage and precision injection molds developed and manufactured, which can produce high standard plastic parts of different plastic materials. We have an ultra long automated rubber strip production line and precision rubber strip extrusion mold research and manufacturing. Currently, we have provided over a hundred high standard rubber strip products for cooperative enterprises to use.

We have strict high standard requirements for product raw material selection, product structural design, mold research and development, finished product production, and testing and inspection, ensuring that high standard products are delivered to every cooperating enterprise before leaving the factory.

In terms of technology, the door and window hardware industry is the first to apply independently formulated oxidation processes, and has always maintained a leading position in oxidation processes. At the same time, we have R&D and supply chain support for the surface technology processes of all hardware and resin materials, including oxidation, spraying, electrophoresis, electroplating, fluorocarbon, PVD vacuum coating, optical coating, nanomaterials, graphene materials, etc.
